Ron is president of Synergistic Resource Associates, a full service human resource / development boutique consultancy that works directly with both ministry and marketplace organizations.

As a professional human resource generalist, Ron is often called upon in the area of labor law interpretation and policy/procedure writing with the focus on practically, strategically, and relationally synergizing the human resource systems of the organization with the development of their leadership and employees.  

As a facilitator and mediator in the area of relational conflict, Ron provides assistance to executives, partners and senior leaders seeking workable, time-effective relational and strategic solutions while bringing about a new found self-discovered appreciation for all parties involved.

In addition to consulting full-time, Ron instructs adults at Biola University and Claremont Graduate Universities in courses covering leadership, performance, relational and organizational conflict, human resource strategy and ethics.

Currently Ron is doing research in the area of passion - knowing that when men and women know how to discover that "fire in their belly"; they will understand more about how they are created in God's image and where they can best serve to support the body of Christ.

Ron's passion is growing men and women as leaders and to be where God desires him to be, to share what God desires him to share.
